Daisy’s service department has more than 30 years experience repairing and upgrading industrial computers and monitors for industrial, hazardous and military applications.

To begin the repair process, please complete the form below to request an RMA number. You will need to include the model number and serial number listed on a label on the back of the unit, as well as a description of failure.

A member of Daisy’s service department will follow up with a repair merchandise authorization number, if applicable. You are then approved to send in your unit(s) for evaluation and repair. Upon receiving the unit(s), one of Daisy’s repair technicians will diagnose the issues and follow up with a comprehensive quote.
