Regional Sales Manager Position:

Daisy Data Displays is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager. This position will focus primarily on outside sales in the Oil/Natural Gas, Pharmaceutical, and Military industries; and be responsible for growing our company significantly in the short and long term. Daisy Data Displays is a well-established 40-year-old company that is expanding. As we enter a new phase in modernizing our sales and marketing efforts, we a talented and driven individual who can bridge traditional B2B enterprise sales with new technology and strategies. The right candidate will be compensated with a generous base salary, full benefits, and commissions.

Responsibilities:

• Increase sales via sourcing and identifying new accounts and opportunities in your territory
• Increase sales via taking ownership of high-value inbound marketing leads
• Increase sales via strengthening relationships with existing accounts, in order to both promote retention and also identify new areas for growth
• Cultivate, nurture, and eventually close deals that may take more than a year in development
• Effectively manage independent outside sales reps assisting in your territory
• Visit clients on-site and represent Daisy Data Displays at trade shows throughout the country
• Coordinate with Engineering department to develop innovative solutions for customers
• Utilize our CRM and other sales enablement technology to its fullest, in order to maintain clean and complete data on opportunities and activities
• Actively participate in planning/strategy sessions
• Maintain regular communication with team and leadership
• Maintain an active relationship with a large number of accounts (many that are very large, but make infrequent orders)

• Has approximately 7+ years of professional experience and/or is mid-career level

• Has a background in engineering and/or other industrial sales

• Is able to travel extensively (50% or more, plus trade shows, etc.)

• Can effectively translate Technology-to-Value with clients at all levels
• Appreciates how sales and marketing can work together to amplify results
• Thinks strategically about how to approach sales in order to achieve goals
• Has a proven track record for opening up new territory
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred

Pay: $48,455.00 – $175,033.00 per year

Job Summary

Full-Time electronics stockroom clerk position.

Individual needed to receive and issue electronic parts, maintain accurate inventory levels, keep records.

Receive incoming purchase order deliveries and consignments in an orderly and timely manner, including spot checking counts and configuration.

Issue components and sub-assemblies for work order and stock requisitions, including verification of priorities in case of conflicts (i.e. production vs. spare part, etc.) and accurate input into the SBT business system.

Handle “authorization to ship” papers for parts leaving Daisy for outsourced work.

Assist in assuring appropriate quantities of floor stock items are available for floor use.

Assist in assuring current and accurate information flows regarding packing slips and purchase orders.

This position is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing industrial computers and monitors, and will work as part of a team in the Repair/Service department.

This position will work diligently to ensure that customers receive high-quality repair service and communication. The ideal candidate will possess a trained eye for detail with in-depth technical knowledge of computer repair.

This position is part of a team responsible for inspecting/testing final electronic and mechanical assemblies before these products are shipped to the end user. This role is also responsible for maintaining acceptance and rejection data, as well as tracking this data in the production software.

Experience

• Reading and understanding electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Maintenance/calibration of inspection/test equipment.
• Calculate decimals and fractions.
• Proficient with IBM-PC compatible computers.
• Perform inspection on computers and parts.
