Mechanicsburg, PA – October 1, 2026 – After 21 incredible years with Daisy Data Displays, Inc., Jack Kacala will be retiring and beginning his next chapter!

For more than two decades, Jack has been an integral part of Daisy and a trusted resource for our customers and manufacturer representatives. His extensive knowledge and expertise in the industrial computing space, along with his genuine commitment to helping his customers, have made him a valued member of the Daisy family.

Jack has built countless relationships over the years, and his dedication to his customers has always been at the heart of what he does. We are incredibly grateful for everything he has contributed to Daisy and for the relationships he has cultivated along the way. He will be deeply missed!

While we’re sad to see Jack retire, we’re eager and excited about what lies ahead for Daisy.

Karyn Rapsey will be serving as the primary point of contact moving forward. Her years of experience have prepared her for this role and we are confident that she will continue the strong customer relationships and exceptional service that Daisy is known for.

We also have Olena Vus; our new Inside Sales Coordinator! Olena will be working closely with our customers and manufacturer representatives to provide responsive, knowledgeable, and superb customer service.

Change is always an adjustment, especially when it involves someone who has been such an important part of Daisy for 21 years. But one thing isn’t changing: our commitment to our customers and our manufacturer representatives. We are ready to continue providing the personal attention, responsiveness, and exceptional service you’ve come to expect from Daisy Data Displays.

As Jack begins his well-deserved retirement, please join us in congratulating him and wishing him all the best in this next chapter!
