Marty Etnoyer – Quality Control Manager

Marty joined Daisy a few short years after the company was founded by Henry Shefet. Holding an Associate’s degree in Specialized Technology, Marty is in charge of the Repair Department and handles customer support.  Giving our customers the most knowledgeable point of contact makes for better, instant service — one of Daisy’s core values. Marty is also the Quality Control Manager, checking parts as they arrive from vendors, ensuring our customers’ units are error-free before being shipped. Marty has seen the results of quality teamwork as the company has outgrown not one, but two different facilities. Continually using his depth of knowledge regarding Daisy products, Marty is very confident about the company’s ability to be a top contender in the industry. He says, “I love working for a company that builds an entire product, not just a piece of the puzzle.”
