In the face of uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 , Daisy continues to prioritize the needs of its employees and customers. It is for this reason that Daisy Data Displays remains open for business and focused on manufacturing industrial and rugged technology for mission critical and life-essential businesses.
We feel that it is both our social and corporate responsibility to flatten the curve, while also working to supply life-essential businesses with reliable technology to help protect our communities with military, medical and pharmaceutical resources.

We are focused on maintaining our manufacturing and production facilities. As such, we adjusted our normal operating procedures in accordance with CDC guidelines. We implemented sanitary maintenance procedures throughout our facility for our team members whose roles require them to be physically present, while launching virtual collaboration tools for the departments whose workload can be accomplished remotely.

Our in-house production team is focused on building current orders as our purchasing team works closely with suppliers to understand how state-wide quarantines may impact product availability and lead times. This allows us to identify potential delays impacting our manufacturing lead times and work quickly to resolve them.

While we partner with the highest quality suppliers, Daisy also made the strategic decision a few years ago to invest in state of the art engineering machines to manufacture critical components in-house. In unprecedented times like these, this helps us further streamline our manufacturing process focused on producing high quality industrial technology.

As such, our sales and purchasing teams are working diligently to anticipate adjusted lead times to orders and communicate with customers that may be impacted by these delays. To mitigate any issues, we are also encouraging customers to consider submitting their orders earlier than usual. This will allow us to accommodate longer lead times from part manufacturers, and in some cases, put us first on the queue when production does ramp up. Our sales team maintains its commitment to transparency with our customers and is available to answer any questions.

We recognize that the COVID-19 situation will continue to evolve, as will the need to update our processes and systems. We will do this to best support and prioritize our employees and customers whose work will help protect us all during these uncertain times.
